Privacy Notice pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), this notice describes the methods of processing the users’ personal data who browse the website weareintegra.it (hereinafter, the “Website”). This notice does not concern other websites or online services accessible through links that may be published on the Website but referring to resources outside the Website's domain.

By browsing the Website, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The data controller is Integra s.r.l. Type of Data Processed
a. Browsing Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to browse the Website acquire, during their normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment.
b. Data communicated by the user
When the user submit a message to the Company's contact details provided on the Website, the Company processes the sender's contact details necessary to reply, as well as all personal data included in their messages.
Purpose of the Processing
The personal data provided to the Company are used:
a. to allow the browsing of the Website;
b. to respond to the users’ requests received.
Legal Basis of the Processing
The Company processes the users’ personal data for the purposes indicated above pursuant to the following legal basis: the need to execute a contract of which the user is a party (as a result of browsing the Website and sending requests to the Company via the contact details on the Website).
Recipients of Personal Data
The users’ personal data are not disclosed to any third parties - with the exception of subjects delegated and/or appointed by the Company for the performance of activities related to the browsing of the Website (such as companies that provide IT services, management and maintenance of the Website) and unless the transfer is due by legal obligations or is strictly necessary for the fulfilment of the users’ requests. Methods and Purposes of Processing
Personal data are processed by Integra in paper or digital format. Browsing data is automatically deleted within 365 days from collection. The data communicated by the user are stored for the time necessary to fulfill the requests sent by the user.
Rights of the Data Subjects
The users may exercise the rights provided for by the GDPR, including (i) obtain from the Data Controller the confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed, (ii) know the origin of the data as well as the methods and purposes of the processing, (iii) obtain the information relating to the data controller and data processors, (iv) know the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be transferred (v) obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form of the data processed in breach of the law, as well as the updating, rectification or, if there is interest, integration of data and (vi) oppose the processing in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons.
